No fee to participate — FREE community family-friendly event 

Sponsored by Town of Pineville 

Limited spaces available. Vendor application does NOT guarantee acceptance to participate in the event. 

Vendor Requirements: 

• Vendor space is outdoors on grass and/or sidewalk and ~ 10' x 10' size
• Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, table, merchandise racks, signage, etc. 
• No electricity 
• All products sold must be legal, safe, and appropriate for an all-ages event.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
• Sales & Use Tax ID required.
