Carolina Scoops Ice Cream, LLC is a woman-owned business founded by entrepreneur Sara Hargett-Longstreet. A proud resident of Pineville, NC, Sara has called the Charlotte area home since 2010. She is a proud graduate of UNC-Wilmington and has dedicated most of her adult career to the corporate world of the USA toy industry.
Carolina Scoops is truly a family affair. Sara is a superwoman single mom to her kids, Xia and Xavier, who you will definitely see helping out in the local ice cream shop! Growing up in upstate New York, you might notice a little NY love sprinkled into the atmosphere of Carolina Scoops headquarters.
It has always been Sara's dream to open her own business, and what better way to bring joy to the community than by creating a fun local ice cream shop for ice cream lovers!
