Carolina Scoops Ice Cream, LLC is a woman-owned business founded by entrepreneur, Sara Hargett-Longstreet. Sara is a Pineville, NC resident and has lived in Charlotte area since 2010. She is proud graduate of UNC-Wilmington and has spent most of her adult career in the corporate world of the USA toy industry.
Carolina Scoops is a family affair. Sara is a super woman single Mom to Xia and Xavier; who you will definitely see helping out in the shop! Sara grew up in upstate New York; so you may notice a little NY love sprinkled into Carolina Scoops headquarters.
It has always been Sara's dream to open her own business. And what better opportunity to make the world a little brighter than to create a fun community space for ice cream lovers!
