I always wanted to open my own business, always been the dream. When I moved to Pineville, I saw a demand in the community for more family friendly food establishments. Growing up in NY, we had our own independent ice cream shop that everyone went to in the summer to cool off; a place to go to hang with friends, celebrate birthdays, go to after games, after recitals, a reward for good grades, etc. Food brings people together and good food makes people happy. I hope my ice cream shop connects our community; brings family and friends together; and is a place where memories are made. "Ice cream is my love language."
No, I leave that to the ice cream fairy. Ha! I source our ice cream from a few different suppliers. Our main supplier is a larger ice cream manufacturer based in Florida that offers specialty flavors (including Non-Dairy ice cream) and distributes to independent ice cream shops only. All our ice cream is 14% butterfat premium ice cream and delicious!
Coming soon in 2026! Right now, we only serve 16 different flavors of premium hard ice cream.

I try to avoid cross-contamination in the shop as much as possible, however, our ice cream is produced at manufacturer facilities. Both ice cream facilities process a variety of food products with dairy, nuts, peanuts, eggs, wheat, and soy. So, we cannot 100% guarantee allergen exposure. Allergens for each flavor are listed in the shop and on our website. Please let the Scoop Squad know if you have an allergy and we will get a clean/sanitized new gloves and scooper to scoop your flavor.
Yes, we have 2 Non-Dairy flavors at all times. They are coconut milk based ice creams or sorbets.
No we have "No Sugar Added." We always have one flavor in the back that is NSA and made with reduced fat ingredients. Usually ~7 grams of sugar per scoop!
Yes! We have Kosher certificate from the manufacturer.
Sorry, our furry friends must stay outside the shop unless they are a certified service animal. I do offer pup cup treats for dogs and a member of our Scoop Squad would be happy to stand outside with your dog while you come in and get an ice cream and/or pup cup!
No, our smallest size is a single scoop which is about the size of a baseball.
